So far my only big garden/fence project recently was to finally install a gate to the front yard, which makes it a lot quicker and easier to get over there.

Back in the woods I ran across a tree that had fallen in an interesting way. I don’t know how long this has been down but it’s the first time I’ve noticed it:

I had these little flowers pop up in the grass, which I’m not sure I’ve seen before. They’re apparently “rain lilies” or “star of Bethlehem”, and some folks plant them on purpose while others consider them to be a weed that’s difficult to get rid of:

I get my little field mowed every other week but that wasn’t enough to stop it from temporarily becoming more like a meadow. Thankfully I have no HOA to complain about it.
